The Company is committed to the prevention of pollution and compliance with relevant Environmental legislation, regulation and the specific requirements of Contract specifications and schedules.
The Company recognises continual change in Environmental priorities and legislative obligation and therefore seeks to create and enhance Environmental awareness and interest among staff and management.
Resource management and waste reduction are key factors in the Company's Environmental management. As part of the Management System, the Company ensures that construction methods and waste management receives the required attention, avoiding unnecessary wastage of resources where practicable.
Where Contract works unavoidably intrude on the Environment, reasonable care is taken to highlight the issues whilst seeking to minimise their impact. In this regard the Company ensures that close liaison is maintained with the relevant Authorities, local communities and interested parties during the design, planning and execution of its activities and an attitude of openness is encouraged at all times.
